Vesper ("we", "us", "our") built the Vesper app. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including email address, username, and display name. We use your data to provide and improve the Service.
The app uses your camera and microphone during active gameplay for live video communication with other players. This data is not recorded or stored by us.
In case of an error, we collect Log Data through third-party tools. This may include your IP address, device name, operating system version, and usage statistics.
We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These parties have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
In-App Purchases are processed by Apple App Store. We do not store your payment information.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 48 hours.
This app is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
